Malt Extracts - Liquid

Liquid malt extracts (LME) is a thick syrup created from the barley malting process and is used for a variety of purposes, mainly brewing but also baking and body building powders.
The LME may be further dried to produce dry malt extract (DME) which is crystalline in form similar to common sugar, see Malt Extracts - Dry.
